Car reservation:

You can reserve a car in advance by making a transfer or leaving a cash deposit for the car with us at Baltijos pr. 53A, You can make a reservation by phone, e-mail. Upon arrival, you will need to pay for the rental.

Required documents:

The renter must have a valid driver's license and, if he is a foreign citizen, a residence permit in Lithuania-the European Union card. If the driver's license is not Lithuanian, he must have a passport or identity card.

Payment and deposit:

The deposit is paid by bank transfer to our specified bank account, after returning the car without damage, the deposit is returned in cash or by transfer to your specified bank account. Working days from Monday to Friday 8 am to 5 pm.

You pay for the rental immediately in advance when picking up the car. You can pay in cash/card/transfer.

General requirements for drivers:

Minimum driving experience – two years. If the driving experience is less, a higher deposit is charged for the car.

Unforeseen circumstances:

In the event of unforeseen circumstances, we reserve the right to cancel the car reservation (due to a technical failure of the car or a car accident), after informing the client in advance.

If the client reserves the car and does not arrive to rent it:

When the client, having paid the reservation fee, does not arrive to pick up the car or cancels the reservation, the money is not refunded. The client also has

2 hours to pick up the car from the time specified during the reservation. If the car is not available, we have the full right to rent it to another client.

Car return:

If you are more than 2 hours late in returning the car, an additional daily fee will be charged. The rental can always be extended by informing us by email or phone, we will send you an invoice where you can pay for the additional days.

All cars are insured, very economical and technically sound.

We cooperate with companies, we can issue an invoice.

You can choose from 100 cars (Mercedes-Benz, Skoda, Volvo, VW Passat, Ford, Golf, Toyota, Hyundai, Nissan)

Child car seats or booster seats are provided free of charge.

When renting for more than 2 weeks, delivery in Palanga is possible (For an additional fee, the employee must be taken back to Klaipeda, otherwise delivery of the car to the airport is not possible) Cars are rented for travel in the territory of Lithuania (abroad +5eur / day - or +50eur. month)
